How long does it take for phone upgrade to be dipatched?

Hi 

I ordered my upgrade on 09/02/21 and after receiving the order confirmation I have not recieved any other updates. When I ordered the phone it said it was in stock. How long does it usually take for the item to be dispatched?

@Donna2021  if you ordered this online it does state if you order before 5pm they’ll try and get the device to you within 2 days.     

I recommend you call customer services about this as you should of had some sort of update.
