Resolved! New SIM upgrade

I am upgrading from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 11. EE have sent a new Sim with the 11. Will I have to use this new sim or can I just put the 6s Sim in the 11. Thanks.

'order back on track'

Hi, I ordered an iPad space grey 12.9" 2 weeks ago. Before it said order confirmed / awaiting confirmation and then on 6th May I received an email to say that order is back on track but nothing since.  What does this mean?

Hey, I'm on a 2 years contract, Already 15 months gone. I have allowed 30gb of mobile data. But I want to have more on my existing contract. Any possibility without any extra fees? Thanks

High ping and 50% packet loss

Hi, as the title says, my ping today is between 60 and 300ms typically, whereas it's usually 20ms or less to google.co.uk. There are no other networked devices using any bandwidth when i run the tests. Screenshot attached.  Thanks, Gary.
