I am concerned that it’s seems to be a common problem with EE. An activation email is sent upon registering however does not let you log in to obtain the code. I have registered correctly with work address and ID this was some weeks back. I can also confirm that I have been in touch with IT about blocking such messages and they rightly say that you have received prior messages from EE to your account so 100% not blocked. Nor in junk or spam. 

please sort this EE. Why advertise such an offer if you make it so painfully difficult to obtain.

Yes I have received an activation email which has been fine. However when I click into the link to access the code it asks me to login again and send activation email. Stuck in a loop
