High ping and 50% packet loss

Hi, as the title says, my ping today is between 60 and 300ms typically, whereas it's usually 20ms or less to google.co.uk. There are no other networked devices using any bandwidth when i run the tests. Screenshot attached.  Thanks, Gary.

Resolved! North Sea off shore

I’m off shore working in the North Sea. Notice I am picking up 4G. Will I be charged extra for using my data. I understand calls and normal txt will cost but will surfing the net, Netflix, WhatsApp etc cost me extra?
