I have an ASDA PAYG SIM which I haven't used for over 180 days. I checked the website and it says that I'm still within the time to be able to re-activate it. I'm currently abroad and have tried phoning the numbers it gives to phone from abroad but get cut off after 1 ring.
I've tried the ASDA chat facility and was told that I must have an old ASDA SIM so need to contact EE to find out how to reactivate it. Anyone know how to do this......?
I've tried phoning the customer service number but when I put in the ASDA mobile number it says it doesn't recognise the number.

For any queries with Asda Mobile, you should contact them directly - EE is a different company.

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
