No confirmation of mobile phone order

Hallo, I placed an order online for a mobile phone through EE earlier this afternoon but have not received a confirmation of this by email or text message. Is this usual?

Starting Data Pack £1 early (usual texts to 150 do not work)

I've been trying to start my pack early since yesterday. Usually, this would be an easy process involving texting to 150 "DP1", after 150 replies, texting back "YES", and then, after the second reply, answering "NOW". It all works until I reply "YES"...

Resolved! Moving from Business mobile to personal mobile

I currently have a business mobile which is locked into the business exchange account.  I have now retired and wish to keep the the mobile and number but have a basic sim only deal with EE.   How do I go about it ?
