Hi . I recently added a £5/month unlimited data offer to my account but have been charged £10. Any help would be appreciated. Trev.

Hi Leanne, thanks for getting back to me. I have checked my account. It shows just the one charge of £10 for the Data add-on on the bill . If I look at what I'm paying for on the account it shows it should be £5.
