Their store agent scammed us today. We got one telephone with new sim number However, He sold us extra number too without informed us and when we got receipt, he said this is promotion number and free but after returned home and setting up EE app account, we have shocked this is because this second number also have 24 months contract with 9£ per month! What the EE?????? Why he sold us the second number? Who will use the second number? My husband only purchased one telephone and sim. Is this logical according to you? Why we have to pay extra second number that nobody will use it.And when I wanted to contract to see what signed by my husband and your agent said that we have to wait to post our adress. He did not show us our contract and just showed to sign the regarding part. As a customer, if I will not trust your company, why you seem as a big company????

I don't know what was discussed in store as you are giving only half the story, but it maybe the extra SIM will be discounted as this won't show until your first bill, hence free. You also sometimes have this situation to allow you to gift Data from your extra SIM to your currently used SIM if the data allowance is low.

Hi, this is the real story! Not at all half. My sim already have unlimited data and call text as I choiced the expensive one however the extra sim I have not definetely wanted it. He also said us, no worried about the second simd even thoug I will not use it. Because I said that I will not use it I have only one telephone. He said no problem just its free
