Says monthly can call customer service but not pay as you go? I presume I can just dial the regular customer service number free? Currently my phone will not receive or dial calls, so I cant call either. Is there an email? The chat function online is also constantly unavailable to access. Please help.
@brigitte48 you’ll have to call from a different phone, live chat is for contract customers only and emails are too slow to deal with customer issues so there isn’t an email address you can use.

You can't call CS for free on PAYG, even when you dial their 0800 no. from any phone.
