No updates of deliver after 7 days

I have just recently purchased a pair of air pods, I have received the email of the order, yet after 7 days. I haven't received any new update on it.  

Resolved! Contract coming to an end.

Hey, my contract is coming to an end on the 18th September, and I do not wish to renew or stay with EE. Do I need to give notice or will it just end on the end date?
