ON LAST FRIDAY 13 AUGUST I ADDED accessories to MY plan (Eufy Robovac G30 Verge | Black). I ONLY GET A CONFIRMATION OF THE PURCHASE AND PAYMENT AND INFORMATION ON THE SHIPMENT IS ON THE WAY AT THIS END. I HAVE ALREADY 7 DAYS AND THE PACKAGE DON'T ... CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
