I have had the BT sport add on for over 12 months with no issues. Last month it wouldnt let me log in. I have reset my account and password that have sent me the verification code but now it says I havent got an account. I am still paying for it and it's on my account. Any help appreciated.

When you try to log in with your details, are you seeing an error message or code on the BT Sport Log in page?
Do you have the BT Sports on your EE account as part of your mobile contract or the Apple TV 4K with your Home Broadband account?

Thanks for the reply. I get ID003. It says I have no active subscription on the account.
I have it as an add on on my ee phone contract. I have the cast to large screen add on.

Could you try the below steps to fix the ID003 error code:
If you’ve recently signed up for BT Sport on EE, you need to make sure you’ve setup your BT ID. Go to http://bt.com/eesport to check
After setting up your BT ID, you'll need to validate the email that we send you by clicking on the link (please check your junk folders for the email). There may be a delay with your BT Sport subscription activating after set-up. Please wait up to 24 hours for your account to fully activate
Your BT Sport account may have been suspended or ceased, in which case you’ll need call us on 150.
