My bill got returned by direct debit due to low funds as I didn't get paid until the day after it come out does ee try and take the payment again or do I have to contact them and make the payment over the phone

Website keeps crashing after attempts to order my new upgrade

Unlimited plan only 100GB data?

I have unlimited plan, but why it shows me there’s only 100gb available? And when I used 8pGB data I told me I’ve used 70% of the total data.  Is this a fake unlimited or what?
