Does the new PAYG packs include calls to EE?It curently isn't included which is a nuisance when trying to resolve issues through an EE representative over the phone!

Why is my credit score declined.? I called the bank and they said they have no reason to decline it but the CS said it has been declined

Hi. I’m Having problems upgrading my phone I’m now due a upgrade and every time I go to choose a device it keeps saying they is no plan available and too choose another. It’s saying this on every single phone I select does anyone know why. Thank you
