Hi. I’m Having problems upgrading my phone I’m now due a upgrade and every time I go to choose a device it keeps saying they is no plan available and too choose another. It’s saying this on every single phone I select does anyone know why. Thank you

Yh I’m deffo due a upgrade someone from EE is currently helping me with it as they is something going on with the online account so she going to do it over the phone with me instead
