This is also happening to me too, I can’t use live chat either… is there something going on behind the scenes? 
I would call, but I have completely lost my voice!!

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your voice, I hope it's not painful!

 

You will only be given the option to chat online if we have agents available, once that happens you should be given the option to chat.
