S21 ULTRA DELAYS?

Hi, I have received an XKO number but cant use the tracker, its says that I currently can't use tracking and will update shortly.  I wondered if there are any delays on the s21 ultra 128gb in silver. Thank yoi

I've checked our stock levels and that device is showing in stock and expected to be dispatched within one working day.
