Does the new PAYG packs include calls to EE?

It curently isn't included which is a nuisance when trying to resolve issues through an EE representative over the phone!

@C_h_e_z  You need credit on your account to pay for the call.  It’s a fixed rate fee.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, It's 25p per call to call CS on PAYG.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for your response!!!

I am aware that there is currently a charge to call, and no other way of contacting EE without paying.

I was wondering if this would be changed with the new packs, as I wont be recommending EE network when it costs anything to contact the service provider for any issues. Even with unlimited minutes. It's an absolute joke!

Will advise all to choose another network that they can actually recieve free help from a provider which they pay for!

I am/was a loyal customer for over 10yrs and it's ridiculous that I cannot speak to anyone in any capacity without further stopping up just to speak. And the likely hood is that they would keep you on hold for the duration of the limited credit added.

Calls to EE CS are a fixed-fee on PAYG, regardless of the call duration.

There is no charge for pay-monthly customers to call C/S

Thank you for your responses. .In short there will be no changes by EE.

Customers should all be treated equally and without discrimination, whether PAYG or Contract.

I guess I'll be moving network!! 02 allows PAYG customers to contact Customer Service for FREE, using there PAYG bundle packs.

Thanks again!!
