Ee smart disc constant purple light

Hi  I am trying to set up my new ee smart disc. I have set up my router but cant pair my disc. I just get a constant purple light  i have favtory reset turned off and on. But after an hour the light remains purple  

add-on did not work

Hi, I bought the add-on 3GB data (7days) £6 packages on my EE app, it did show that I got the add on on my package but apparently on my usage it did not add in and I can not use the Internet
