Try paying by using Fast Payment with a UK bank card.

can’t do that either as they have cut my phone off ! i don’t have anyone here who’s phone i can borrow. i have messaged on all social media.

Didn't the payment come out via Direct Debit? it does sound crazy, but do you have a landline, or can you get a PAYG sim and use that to ring out?

@mazpepz , do you have something like Skype? You will be able to call customer service that way and speak to them, or if you are near an EE store, you can go there and they should be able to help.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
