Credit limit suspended ?.

Hey guys I have a credit limit of 750.. but today when I have tried to buy something it said I have reached my limit.. I called ee support on 150. And after 25 mins of waiting a lady answered and said that my account wasn't suspended and it was most likely the website, and to try again. Which I have and the website is saying to call 150 from my phone.. help!

Are you aware if you have a spend cap active?

 

You can check this within your My EE.
