Hello, just ordered an upgrade and chose phone and plan. Wanted to get the xbox series s so chose the Oppo A54, in the deal it said the xbox is included and you pay £30 upfront, £20 for the xbox and £10 for the phone. On the confirmation e-mail theres no evidence of the xbox, is this normal?

If you chose a deal that included the Xbox then your Xbox Series S will be delivered within 15-30 days, and once it’s dispatched, we’ll text you details of how to redeem your three months’ Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Hi Jon,
I have upgraded and also gone for the deal with a free xbox series s. My question is:
I'm due to move house within the next 2 weeks into temporary accommodation, can I choose an alternate address to have it delivered to or can I just set my address in my ee account to my work address ?
As I ordered while at current address, will the shipping be that my default already?

Your free gift will be delivered to your EE account address at the time of dispatch, so please make sure to update your address with Customer Care when you move.

Hi. I upgraded two phones over the phone on 12th November, both on the Xbox deal, but am yet to receive anything in writing about it. Some posts on here suggest I should have received a text by now. Is that true? Is there anyway to check it's all going ahead? So far, all I've been told is to wait, but it's now been 19 days since the upgrades were done and I'm beginning to think something is wrong.

We’ve identified a small number of customers who are eligible for the Xbox Series S Tech Bundle, but haven’t received a confirmation text within five days of purchase. We’re in the process of contacting those affected ,and all customers should receive a text before the end of this week. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
