Hi there,
I am awaiting someone to get in touch regarding returning the phone I upgraded to within 14 days. Am not happy with the phone so looking to get a different one.
I sent an email to the channels email and filled in the online form 3 days ago but not heard anything?
When will someone be in touch as I don't want to go past the 14 days.

@Soaped : As long as you've informed Channel Returns that you are cancelling within the 14 days it doesn't matter how long it takes EE to get back to you.
