I upgraded early August now I’m paying £91 a month for my phone. Tell me why I paid £122.22 this month?!? An EXTRA £31.22!! With absolutely NO explanation or reason or explanation.!!

Hi @Ljdawe

What was the price of your old plan prior to upgrading? And is £91/month the cost of your new plan?

My old plan was an iPhone11 £49/month for 2 years

my current plan is an iPhone12 Pro Max for £91/month for 2 years

I also have an apple watch on contract for £28.32/month for 2 years (ending 03/22)

Hi @Ljdawe

Welcome to the community.

It seems that both your mobile and watch could be on the same bill. What does the breakdown say on your bill? You can view it in your My EE account.

This isn’t the case at all.
My total monthly cost this month was £150.54,

That’s £122.22 for My Phone (with the extra £31 unexplained)

and £28.32 for the watch.

whereas I should have been charged £119.32

Ah OK, thanks for clearing that up, @Ljdawe. When you said you'd paid £122.22 this month, I thought you meant that was the whole bill including the watch.

When you say that it's unexplained, does it not show what that charge was for on your bill?
