Extra charges apple

Hi,  

 

I’ve been charged extra charges from Apple but Apple have refunded and I have credit notes stating that they have, has someone was buying stuff from my account and ee haven’t taken them charges off my bill and saying I have to pay them? can you help please?

Who do you share your account with or what extra charges have you incurred? If you've subscribed to something then that is your responsibility.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

That’s not the point really Apple have refunded me the charges that was made so it shouldn’t be on my bill as I don’t have to pay for them so why are they still on my bill?
