Spend cap removed by EE

Myself and partner have had a spend cap of £0 since we joined EE About 5 years ago. All of a sudden our spend cap has been removed and now have extra charges related to the same number supposedly dialled on our separate phones at the same time adding over £50 to our bill. I have looked at my settings and tried to put the spend cap back on but the app won’t let me do this. Any idea how I can sort out this problem. EE have been no help at all.

you will need to contact customer services on 150 they will be able to access your account and see what has happened with your spend cap.

Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team? Hopefully they can investigate this and find out what's happened.
