Hi 

I just bought a 3Gb add-on and it is recorded correctly in my usage history. However the data total is only showing 1 Gb added.

If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, what data add-on is showing?

Thanks for replying, I have spoken online with your team who have now helped me, although they were apparently unable to see the purchase.

 

I bought 3Gb at 6 GBP which last night was showing in the history however only 1 Gb was added to data. Then today, the 3Gb in history was showing as only 1Gb too and I couldn't see the data at all.

Given someone else who has posted here has the same problem, it is not isolated so probably still needs to be followed up with your technical team.
