Xbox series x bundle

Hi,

 

I ordered the X box series X as an add on to my existing contract very early of the AM on the day it was announced.

 

So far I have one email from customer services saying we've received your order and we'll let you know when it processed.

 

I've also had the upfront payment taken out of my bank account.

 

Could you please provide any insights as to why is taking so long for the order to be processed, as concernd there may there may be more demand than supply allows and there may be some of us who unfortunately may not of secured the bundle.  It would be great to know either way?
