Wrong pack

I used the text service to purchase a pay as you go pack. But was given the wrong pack. Now I can't change it?

 

i request £10 talk pack, I received 10 pack

Hi, the exact same thing happened to me. I wanted a Talk10 pack. I typed it in three separate occasions, yet I received a Pack10 as soon as I topped up. I did t even get the chance to choose. Message screenshot attached.

 

Can this be swapped, please. I only need 6GB data really, but I needed the 400


minutes, as I ran out of call time this month with only 100 mins.
