Wrong pack credited

I chose a 20 pounds pack for the pay as you go sim card. Once I put in the voucher code I only received the 10 pounds pack which I don't understand.

What pack did you have previously or has the SIM just been purchased?

 

If you text AL to 150 what does it report?

The sim was just purchased from store and when I put the voucher in, it said the 10 pound pack has been activated. It says 10 pound pack activated and another 10 pound is credited.
