New PAYG Sim - Selected £20 pack - charged £20 - only £10 credited

I am posting here in the hope someone from EE will help - there is no option for this on 150 and i'm fed up of being cut off - been trying for over an hour.

I ordered a PAYG SIM card via the website and it arrived yesterday.

As part of the order I selected the £20 pack and entered my credit card details.

When the card arrived there was a leaflet in with it saying the credit could take a couple of days to appear so i left it until today.

Today the account is showing £10 credit and the top up history shows this 1 £10 top up only.

I have checked my credit card and EE have taken £19.98.

Why did you not take £20 exactly and where is my missing £9.98????
