Are Smart Benefits not included (i.e. free) for the duration of my contract?

I'm coming up to the 1 year mark with my iPhone 12 contract, and I'm now getting emails telling me I'm about to be charged for my Apple TV subscription?

I thought my three Smart Benefits lasted for the duration of the contract (2 years), so why am I about to be charged separately for one of them? Also - why can't I see 2 of the 3 Smart Benefits I selected within my account details?

So - how long do the Smart Benefits last for? If it is the duration of the contract, why am I about to be charged extra?

Yes, Smart Benefits do last for the whole of the contract.

Sounds like you got your Apple TV sub. direct from Apple & not from your Smart Benefits. Who are these emails from?
