I have my iPhone 13 pro for about two weeks now and until couple of days ago it was all good but I have noticed that since yesterday I don’t have 5g signal. My wife uses iPhone 12 Pro Max on ee and she has it all the time but my just shows 4G. It is available in the settings and I have it included in my contract. I also reset network settings and nothing.

Hi @Darius1212
I seen your reply to Jon on the other thread. I'd recommend speaking to our Technical Support team so that they can look into this and make sure everything is OK from our side.

Thanks @Darius1212.
Are you able to get 4G on your phone?
Have you tried more than one location?

4G is fine. Yes tried multiple locations and I have friends with ee phones and they have 5G while I have only 4G. I have change my contract from sim only to sim and phone recently but have the same number. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it but it was like two weeks ago and it was working before.

Did you see my reply on your other thread, @Darius1212
I think it's probably best to speak to our technical support team so they can check everything's set up on your account as it should be.

Try this I had same issues and now resolved turn Wi-Fi off , go to network selection turn off auto .connect to different network wait in till network bars drop off . Now go to mobile data options and select 5g on allow mobile data . Now turn Wi-Fi on , and finally go back to network selection an click auto . All should be good now .
