PurpleHaze76
Visitor

I have been forwarded a letter from royal mail from EE regarding an outstanding balance on an account held by my Mum. I have tried calling to notify you that she has passed away but when I enter her number it is saying it is not recognised, Could someone please contact me to get this matter resolved.

Closing the account of someone who’s died

Use the online form to tell us about an account holder's death.

We’ll need:

  • the account holder’s name and number
  • a number to contact you on

You can also let us know by phone. Call 150 from an EE phone or 07973 100 150 from any phone.

When an account holder dies you can either:
