New EE sim £15 pack but it’s says £10 only when I text al

I’m new to ee and ordered a new sim. It’s a £15 payg pack with 30gb but when I typed in al it says that there’s only £10 and I can’t use data. It’s also keeps telling me to top up. Why?

If you text BALANCE to 150, does it tell you that you have an active pack?
