I have been trying to report the account holders death for 3 weeks now, I last managed to speak with a lady on the 01/09/21 who said someone would call me back within 24 hours then yesterday 06/09/21 i called again and was told i would get call by the end of the day. Guess what no call..... I'm now currently on hold again with EE after a man answered and said he needed to speak with a colleague that was 32 mins ago i been on hold now. Surely when dealing with bereavement EE customer service would be a bit more professional and sympathetic with the situation.
Any help EE can give to resolve my situation would be grateful.

So after being on hold for so long listening for over 40 mins to the music the call just gets cut off EE you are a joke 3 weeks to report a death and your customer service is shocking
