good evening, trying to see te upgrade (even if i will wait for the iphone 13) all the pages say that there are no suitable options and with the ipad the page says that looks like it's too expensve or something else. i paid later last month because of working reason. but was the only time in more then 2 years and it is not going to happen again. i don't understand all these problems

Are you logged into your My EE Account when you're looking at these offers?

hi @Jon_K , I would like to upgrade Friday when the new iPhone will come out, I was just checking the other options in the past days, and yes I always log into my account when I check upgrades. But seems there are no available options

I'd recommend trying again on Friday, and possibly trying a different browser when you do.
If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do would be to call our Upgrades Team.
