Upgrade Loyalty Discount?

My upgrade is due and been looking at some contract prices.I checked the prices before & after logging into my account and can see no change in price. Is there no incentive for returning customers to upgrade? Seemed odd to me!

Old T-Mobile Pay as You Go Sim Card Change

My grandmother wants to change phones to an iphone 4s as she has an old samsung device. She has a pay as you go sim card with T-mobile which I now think is EE. How do I go about getting a new micro sim with the same number?
