Still no phone

I upgraded my phone nearly two weeks ago to an S21 and got a text at the weekend to say it was on track.

 

Theres been no movement on the order and I go away on Saturday for two weeks so no one will be home if it does arrive. 

 

Is there anything I can do?

 

ZERO direct communication from EE which is poor form.
