I cannot get my validation email to sign up to we perks? It appears the firewall will not let it through. This happened the last time I tried to sign up for the perks scheme and I had to send a picture of my ID. I’m already an nhs perks member but have been advised that in order to upgrade I need to join the scheme again & get a new code - this seems ridiculous & a waste of everyone’s time. I’m tempted to terminate my contract completely. If someone able to advise me of an easy solution.

@bevzm That’s correct as you might not be entitled to the discount as might no longer work for the NHS. It’s a new code every time and this will be the same for all networks.

Are you able to try registering your personal email? You will then be provided the option to upload your work ID for proofs.
