Hi,
I just cancelled my pay as you go pack so that when I put in credit it wouldn't go to the pack and instead to an offer deal that I received via text. It said that the pack was cancelled and would not be renewed but when i put in the credit it was used up automatically. I would like it to be ended and for my credit to go back to my account, i haven't used the data,texts or calls from the pack. I also have to texts to prove this.
