Wrong device showing in MyEE

Back in April I updated my iPhone 6s Plus to an iPhone 11 and this was reflected in the device type shown in MyEE. However, I have noticed that the device type now showing in MyEE against my number has reverted back to my previous iPhone 6s Plus.
How can I get this error corrected?

It's weird that the device has changed back to your old phone. It's purely cosmetic though. It won't affect your plan or usage at all.
If you would like someone from our end to help try and change it, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

Whilst it may only be cosmetic in the MyEE context, my concern is that the error may be as a result of incorrect data held somewhere else in your systems. If so, that may also impact other systems where the error may not just be cosmetic.
