Save my Sanity Please - Registering 4Gee wifi

Morning

So every time I need to top up my 4gee wifi on my galaxy tablet, I spend the best part of 90 minutes swearing at it.  I've had the account for 7 months and this still hasn't been resolved despite numerous phone calls.

I have logged in to my account, I've followed all the instructions on registering my 4gee wifi number, but every time I get to step 3 - LINK it tells me to grab the 4gee wifi device, connect it to your tablet/phone or laptop and login and continue.

Okay so what am I doing wrong.  The 4gee sim card is in the tablet.  Ive logged in and out so many times I think I'm doing the online hokey pokey.

When I log in I get the box saying REMINDER - Yous till need to an an account to my ee or visit our EE community.

HELP

What the heck am I doing wrong.  Why won't it accept my 4gee phone account.

Please, before I through this tablet out the window - save my sanity and tell me what I'm doing wrong

MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices or at least those with data SIMs. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your device but you just can't register it to MyEE.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from the device will tell you your usage.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from the device to buy add-ons.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
