Problems accessing EE perks.

Good evening, I hope someone can help me. 'm unable to access the EE Perks site to get my Emergency Service code.

 

I'm already registered, but haven’t used it since my last contract 2 yrs ago, and I now need it for a new contract starting imminently.  I can’t log in and it tells me the password is invalid.  I have attempted to reset it and it says an email will be sent to me but I haven’t received any emails (even in junk folder)

Additionally, I’ve tried re-registering but it tells me that I've already registered. I’ve reached stalemate and I need some help please.

Did you register for Perk with your personal or work email address?

 

Have you received a password reset email yet?

Hi,

Thank you. No I’ve not received anything and due to collect my new phone this afternoon. I believe I registered with my work email.
