Problem with EE Perk

I have issues with EE Perk.  My registration, I believe isn't completed and every time I try to log in, it keeps saying I should validate my email.

I think the registration wasn't done properly and I need to speak to someone to get this sorted out before I loose the opportunity of getting my code to use for my 20% off.
