My regular upgrade would be mid December but I noticed if you opt for a higher priced plan you can upgrade without a fee with my NHS PERKS code. I have had a number of text conversations and they informed me I could upgrade today. The text conversation today has told me I can upgrade without a fee but my perks discount would not apply which is different from my call a few days ago. I was only told before I could not use my phone as a trade in and have the PERK.
Any suggestions?

EE Perk is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers. If your chosen plan is already discounted in any way (this will be confirmed when you add your plan to basket), then EE Perk cannot be used in conjunction with this plan.
If your new plan is not discounted, you will be able to apply your EE Perk code when your selected phone is in your basket.
The code must be applied under the 'Got a gift voucher?' section.
