Wrong allowance

I recently upgraded my sim only but me data allowance is only showing 80gb and not the 120gb stated in my plan

@Rudders6313   If you look at online account and add-ons does it show that you have a data add on of 40Gb ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No that doesn't show up
