I have problems with broadband internet in my house. I called some time to customer service but nobody is coming to repair. This suplier is not cover of my expectations and I decided chancel contract. I informed EE eabaut everything and I received message - I should close my account on line . HOW ?
Somebody can to help me ?

@andrzejjozwik62 You can not do it online you have to call. You’ll have to be told how much it’ll cost to terminate your contract.
