Hi, I recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy s10+
I had spoken to someone on the phone for extra information. and only realized on the day of the delivery that it's been changed to a Samsung Galaxy S10 512 GB which i did not want.
I've contacted about it but have heard nothing back and it is rather irritating.
To top it all off the order didn't even arrive today

What was advised when you contacted our customer care team?

I contacted customer service about it, they got back to me and they didnt really know how it happened.
But they're just going to place a new order and cancel the old one.
I did receive confirmation on the original order.
But then i received confirmation that the order was being sent complete with an account number. But it was the wrong phone.
I appreciate the reply back. 🙂
