Have you checked your junk/spam folder?
You can always call EE CS on 150 and find out about your order.

Yh tried it's not there and when I try to track it says cant help right now. Calling is a last option for me. I have autism and don't like talking to strangers on phone and I can't find the chat bit I normally use.

If you look under the EE section of the page, the chat buttons will appear when an advisor is available.
